The Enchanted Teapot Events Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase & Payment

All event tickets must be purchased in full at the time of booking.

Payment secures your place at the event and is required upfront; we do not offer deposit or instalment options.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All tickets for The Enchanted Teapot events are non-refundable.

If you choose to cancel your booking or do not attend the event for any reason, no refund will be issued.

3. Event Cancellation by The Enchanted Teapot

If The Enchanted Teapot cancels an event, a full refund will be provided to all ticket holders.

Alternatively, you may be offered the option to transfer your booking to another event date, subject to availability.

4. Force Majeure

In circumstances beyond our control (e.g. severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), The Enchanted Teapot reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event.

Refunds or rescheduling options in such cases will be determined at our discretion, depending on the nature of the situation.

5. Ticket Transferability

Tickets are non-transferable unless agreed in advance by The Enchanted Teapot.

If you wish to transfer your ticket to another person, please contact us as soon as possible. Approval is subject to our discretion and may depend on the type of event.

6. Third-Party Bookings

If you purchased your ticket through a third-party platform or ticketing service, their refund and transfer policies apply in addition to The Enchanted Teapot’s terms. Please check their terms carefully.

7. Changes to Events

The Enchanted Teapot reserves the right to make changes to event content, characters, timings, or venue if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to all attendees as soon as possible.
